Job Summary Distribution and Direct Key Accounts management focused on developing the Power Tools business in Italy though a dedicated sales channel strategy Oversee the commercial development of Power Tools products with direct customer accounts and distribution channels with he assigned geographical area (North / Center for Distribution – Key Account in entire region), aligning with the annual objectives and policies set by the Business Units. As an Area Sales Manager, drive sales growth and business development activities with distributors, specialty channels, end users, Key Accounts and OEM’s with a primary focus on the Assembly and Ergonomic Handling System businesses Responsibilities and duties Achieve and exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and gross margin and meet forecast Drive direct and distribution sales of Precision Fastening Tools and Software solutions, including demonstrations and technical support with end-users Conduct active field visits, demonstrations and manage sales opportunities Identify and develop new specialized Distributors and new Direct Customers in target vertical markets Provide commercial, technical and application support to distributors and key end users. Serve as primary point of contact for direct customers, distributors and internal teams addressing all specific inquiries from various stakeholders Optimize territory coverage Manage day-to-day business in efficient and timely manner Monitor and report on business trends, product fit and customer requirements Requirements and skills Minimum 5 years’ experience and demonstrated success in a commercial role in industrial products Preferred degree in Technical or in Business-related discipline Experienced and knowledgeable of power tools, with proficiency in software / hardware applications and solutions would be a plus Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM system (Salesforce is a plus) Strong Team player adept at collaboration with cross functional teams Fluent in both spoken and written local language (Italian) and English Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 75% of the time Exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills Highly organized in managing time, territory and associated administrative functions Ability to prioritize tasks and work the necessary hours to effectively fulfill job responsibility Skilled in identifying opportunities, asking insightful questions and understanding customers’ needs beyond fixed products and solutions What we Offer Dynamic international working environment Smart Working Policy and flexible working time Equity Grant program Welfare program Linkedin learning access
