The opportunity We're seeking a leader in Ad Operations (Mobile App) to own the mobile app monetization experience for our publisher partners. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the driving force behind onboarding publishers to our in-app SDK solutions, optimizing their revenue through data-driven strategies, and delivering the kind of white-glove service that turns customers into advocates. Some challenges you'll tackle: Own Mobile Onboarding: Lead end-to-end onboarding of new customers to the Aditude platform and in-app SDK solutions, ensuring seamless integration and time-to-value Drive Revenue Through Data: Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and generate actionable, revenue-driving recommendations for publisher partners Test & Iterate: Design and implement A/B tests, integrate new demand partners, and leverage internal tools to continuously improve yield Be the Voice of the Customer: Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to translate customer feedback and operational pain points into roadmap priorities Optimize & Automate: Continuously improve internal processes with a relentless focus on automation and operational efficiency Maximize Publisher Success: Work directly with publishers to maximize their in-app revenue, solve problems proactively, and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention The skillset: 5+ years of experience in Ad/Rev Ops working within Google Ad Manager (GAM) for a mobile app or mobile app ads SDK provider 5+ years of hands-on mobile app monetization experience Deep understanding of how ads, ad servers, mediation SDKs and Prebid Mobile work under the hood Strong knowledge of Consent Management requirements (TCF, GDPR, CCPA) and OpenRTB 2.5+ specifications Technical skills: Very strong data analysis abilities—you can pull and analyze data from a database using SQL without breaking a sweat Very strong understanding of JSON and debugging tools for ad requests Comfortable navigating technical documentation and communicating with engineering teams Soft skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to context-switch between publisher calls, internal syncs, and deep analytical work Hyper-organized with a proven ability to stay focused on high-impact initiatives (and not chase shiny objects) Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and continuous improvement Preferred qualifications: Experience with mediation platforms (e.g., AppLovin MAX, ironSource, AdMob) and competing SDKs Familiarity with Prebid and open-source header bidding solutions Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field Why join Aditude: Impact: Your work directly influences publisher revenue and shapes our product roadmap Ownership: We trust our people to own their domain and make decisions Growth: Join a scaling company where career paths aren't ceilings—they're launchpads Culture: We're builders, problem-solvers, and ad tech nerds who take our work seriously (but not ourselves) and have HIGH expectations Flexibility: Remote-first environment with the autonomy to do your best work 100% remote with a global footprint Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Unlimited Time Off + 11 Holidays + Christmas week to recharge Opportunity to join a fast growing technology company!
