The individual will manage scheduling appointments, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain consistent communication with clients and partners. Additionally, they will support sales efforts by coordinating client needs, ensuring a seamless experience, and handling any operational tasks related to scheduling or business coordination.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining organized schedules
- Strong Customer Service skills with professional Phone Etiquette
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Sales and client relationship management
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a professional setting
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and CRM software is a plus
