Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and sophisticated estate planning documents.
- Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and fiduciary accountings.
- Handle contested trusts and estates litigation and IRS audits.
- Advise high-net-worth clients on tax planning, charitable giving, and asset protection strategies.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active bar admission (NY preferred).
- 3–7+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.
