Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with researching and organizing vacation plans
  • Coordinate arrangements including cruises, resorts, accommodations, and vacation packages
  • Provide destination information and itinerary guidance
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or online platforms
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Follow company procedures and industry standards
  • Participate in training and mentorship sessions

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Basic computer skills and reliable internet access
  • Minimum age of 18
