What You'll Do
- Design and develop advanced chemistry problems with real-world scientific relevance across organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Solve and review complex problem sets to ensure scientific accuracy, rigor, and depth
- Apply your domain expertise to challenge and improve AI model reasoning in chemistry
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts
- Evaluate AI-generated chemistry content for correctness, clarity, and scientific integrity
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools (e.g., Gaussian, VASP)
- Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain complex science clearly and precisely
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to scientific accuracy
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in academic research, peer review, or scientific publishing
- Familiarity with AI tools or prompt-based evaluation systems
- Experience designing coursework, problem sets, or technical assessments
