Key Responsibilities

  • * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • * Provide support regarding orders, shipping, returns, product details, and account information.
  • * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chewys products, policies, and promotions.
  • * Document customer interactions and outcomes in the system with accuracy.
  • * Work collaboratively with team members and managers to achieve performance goals.
  • * Uphold customer satisfaction and brand reputation through high-quality service delivery.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
  • * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • * Comfortable with navigating multiple computer systems and tools simultaneously.
  • * High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
  • * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • * Ability to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy.
  • * A quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or support-related role (call center, retail, or remote work experience preferred).
  • * Experience in e-commerce, pet care, or order fulfillment environments is a plus.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible scheduling options.
  • * Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
