Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Vendor Manager to oversee and optimize relationships with third-party vendors supporting their claims operations. This role is responsible for vendor performance, cost control, compliance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery that aligns with organizational goals and customer expectations. Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in claims operations, vendor management, or insurance services.
  • Strong knowledge of claims processes (property, auto, or casualty preferred).
  • Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
