Responsibilities

The Role: As the Communications and Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative, increasing our market presence, and driving growth of our employer brand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies that resonate with our target audience and set us apart from the competition. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and execute innovative marketing and communication strategies to promote our brand, products, and services within the automotive insurance sector. Brand Management: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand image across all channels. Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple projects, campaigns, and initiatives simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the automotive sector. Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and events. Budget Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, optimising spends for maximum impact. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyse the performance of marketing and communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Innovation: Continuously bring fresh and creative ideas to the table to differentiate our brand in the automotive industry.
