Career.zycto is actively seeking an inspiring and results-driven Corporate Trainer to elevate our remote team, based out of the vibrant community of Oak Bay, Victoria. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative, engaging virtual training curricula, modules, and materials for various client needs.
  • Deliver highly effective and interactive live online training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments and perform post-training evaluations to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and virtual delivery technologies, integrating best practices into all training initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling, participant communication, and material distribution.
  • Provide post-training support and follow-up to reinforce learning and ensure successful application of skills. Required Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in corporate training, instructional design, or adult education.
  • Exceptional virtual facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency with leading virtual conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, pedagogical theories, and curriculum development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to design engaging, outcome-oriented training content.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively and independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in instructional design, training and development, or talent management (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
  • Experience training professionals across a variety of industries and organizational levels.
