  • Process transactions, verify payment details, and ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
  • Document customer interactions in careerzynith’s CRM system, maintaining a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff while maintaining ownership of the customer’s journey.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews conducted via Microsoft Teams.
  • Uphold careerzynith’s brand voice—friendly, knowledgeable, and solution‑oriented—on every call.

Essential Qualifications

  • Genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for the outdoors.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey empathy and confidence over the phone.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to master new software platforms and order‑processing tools.
  • Reliable, high‑speed broadband internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a dedicated, quiet workspace in Maine.
  • Tech‑savvy setup that meets all hardware specifications (see “Home Office Requirements” below).
  • Availability for at least 24 hours of work per week, including mandatory coverage on Mondays, Tuesdays, and one weekend day.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with PCI compliance and data‑privacy best practices.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, CRM platforms, and order‑management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays during peak seasons.
