The Job: As a Customer Service Representative, you ll be part of our Mac Tool team working as a 2nd Shift virtual employee. You ll get to:  Provide resolutions to our customer's questions by answering inbound calls, emails, and texts.  Utilize internal systems such as AS400 / SAP / Web / Salesforce.com to provide service to callers.  Handles complaint resolutions competently by demonstrating the ability to openly listen, ask questions to clarify requests, relate empathetically, and respond professionally.  Quickly interprets customer, product, and shipment information.  Able to accept and implement coaching feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals.  Represents Mac Tools professionally and courteously through quality phone conversation and written correspondence.  Hours: Monday - Thursday, 12:30 pm EST - 9 pm EST Friday, 9:30 am EST - 6 pm EST The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
