What to Expect as a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling daily member telephone calls, directing them to necessary services, providing education, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting providers with eligibility, benefits, and claims problems, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Collaborating with the Medical Management Department for service authorizations, working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Working remotely to ensure efficient service delivery, leveraging technology to stay connected with colleagues and patients

What Is Required to Succeed as a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service with direct customer contact, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong communication skills for interactions via telephone, email, chat, or face-to-face, ensuring clear and concise communication with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, leveraging technology to stay organized and productive
  • Knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions, demonstrating your understanding of the healthcare industry and careerzynith's services
