Position Overview – SCA Data Entry Operator II (Remote)

careerzynith is seeking a meticulous and self‑motivated Data Entry Specialist II to join our Secure Content Acquisition (SCA) team. In this role, you will operate a computer workstation to transcribe, verify, and code data extracted from a wide variety of document sources. You will apply sound judgment to select appropriate procedures, ensure data integrity, and maintain the high‑quality standards that our clients expect. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside within a 75‑mile radius of either Clinton, IA, or Janesville, WI to meet occasional on‑site training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log into the secure careerzynith portal and access assigned work queues to review scanned images of documents.
  • Apply the established coding taxonomy to each document, ensuring accurate classification and entry of all required data fields.
  • Validate previously extracted information, correct any discrepancies, and document changes according to standard operating procedures.
  • Adjust document orientation, lighting, and contrast to improve readability and reduce error rates.
  • Reference detailed work instructions, coding guides, and quality checklists to maintain consistency across all entries.
  • Participate in mandatory virtual meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews as scheduled by careerzynith management.
  • Provide overtime support on short notice, including weekend coverage, to meet fluctuating workload demands.

  • On‑Site Training (1 week, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–11:30 am): Hands‑on instruction at our Clinton, IA or Janesville, WI training hub, covering document handling, coding procedures, and quality assurance.

Work Schedule & Flexibility
