Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input patient and claim information into the careerzynith QuickClaim platform using a steady stream of scanned images.
  • Document Classification: Identify and categorize document types based on visual cues and accompanying metadata.
  • Quality Assurance: Review entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds careerzynith’s rigorous quality standards.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Safeguard all Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate professionally with supervisors, peers, and other departments to resolve ambiguities and improve workflow.
  • Process Improvement: Offer actionable suggestions for enhancing data entry procedures, system interfaces, or documentation guidelines.
  • Task Completion: Manage daily workload efficiently, ensuring all assigned tasks are finished before the end of the shift.
  • General Office Support: Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the broader careerzynith operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Excellent English reading and speaking skills; clear communication is essential.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy and 4,500 keys per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client and patient data.
  • Comfortable learning new software tools and following detailed instructions, even when tasks become complex.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in healthcare data entry, medical billing, or related administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, claim processing platforms, or document management software.
  • Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and data security best practices.
  • Experience working remotely with a reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving processes and technology upgrades.

Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits

Hourly Rate: $12 per hour.

Work Schedule: Flexible part‑time or full‑time openings. Full‑time (minimum 20 hours/week) is preferred. Shifts are available between 8:00 am – 9:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
