Deal Operations ContractsLocation: Remote Role OverviewThis role supports the Deal Desk team with a focus on contract operations. The position involves reviewing and redlining customer order forms and amendments against established playbooks and pre-approved language. The contractor will triage incoming contract requests and manage workflow routing. This is an operational role and does not involve contract negotiation. Key ResponsibilitiesReview and redline customer order forms and amendments using Ironclad.Ensure all contract modifications align with company playbooks and pre-approved language.Triage incoming contract requests and manage their workflow routing in Salesforce and CPQ.Operate on high-volume items with speed and precision.Identify opportunities to improve and streamline contract management processes.Work alongside legal teams to follow best practices for contracts management. Required QualificationsExperience: A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce and Ironclad is required. Alternatively, candidates with 2 years of Salesforce and Ironclad experience combined with 3 years in a Deal Desk or Legal Operations role will be considered. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, and Ironclad is necessary. A strong understanding of redlining deals to mitigate risk is required.
