Digital Marketing Specialist - (HYBRID - ACTON, MA OR SAN DIEGO, CA)
Insulet Corporation is a fast-growing medical device company focused on improving the lives of people with diabetes through innovative technology. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, website content updates, and social media management, while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to enhance healthcare professional engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Responsible for website content updates
- Digital ad creative and online campaigns
- Organic social media content creation and management
- Creation of field sales tools to support HCP engagement
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop engaging content for HCP marketing communications
- Assist in implementing regional/global campaigns and scaling best practices across international markets
- Assist with digital launch activities, digital education events, and online marketing initiatives to drive HCP engagement
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize digital marketing strategies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing concentration preferred)
- 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing (Experience with HCPs a plus)
- Understanding of digital marketing, including best practices for SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, and associated KPIs
- Previous experience working within a regulated environment (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare experience preferred)
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Veeva Vault and/or Salesforce is a plus
- Travel may be up to 10% per quarter for meetings, tradeshows, and conferences
- Experience with HCPs
- Previous experience working within a regulated environment (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare experience preferred)
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Veeva Vault and/or Salesforce is a plus
- Fluent in an additional language (e.g., German, French, or Spanish) is preferred
