Job description About Ecom MBA Ecom MBA is the Million Dollar Product System, a high-ticket education and coaching program that helps founders build one product into a sellable seven and eight figure brand using TikTok Shop, Amazon, and AI. The company was founded by Adam Willis, who has personally exited four ecommerce brands, generated over thirty four million dollars in sales, and co-founded and sold one of the largest Amazon agencies in the world, a three hundred and forty person operation that managed over one hundred million in annual client revenue. Unlike most programs in this space, Ecom MBA is built and taught by an operator who has actually done the thing he is teaching. Our students are not hobbyists or course collectors. They are real operators with capital, businesses, and real ambition to build a brand asset they can eventually sell. The mission and where we are headed Our goal is to help one thousand founders launch real seven figure ecommerce brands over the next several years. We are in the early chapters of that mission. The system is built and proven, the first wave of students is preparing to launch, and the next twelve months will be focused on scaling the program from a tight founding group into a much larger student base. To do that well, we need someone whose entire focus is making sure students execute, hit their milestones, and become the case studies that carry this program forward. That is the role you would be stepping into. About the role As Client Success Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for our student experience. Your job is to make sure every student who joins the program is set up properly, knows what to do next, and stays in motion through the full launch journey from initial onboarding through to their first revenue milestones. You do not need to be a TikTok Shop or Amazon expert to succeed in this role. The technical coaching is delivered by Adam and our TikTok Shop coach. Your domain is the relationship, the milestones, the community, and the momentum. You are the person who notices when a student goes quiet, who celebrates with them when something works, and who keeps the experience feeling personal even as we grow. What you will be responsible for

  • Owning the day to day relationship with every student in the program and serving as their primary point of contact
  • Onboarding new students within their first week, walking them through the system, and getting them moving on their first action items
  • Tracking each student against our internal milestone ladder and identifying anyone who is falling behind before it becomes a problem
  • Overseeing (not hosting) weekly group coaching calls, including agenda preparation, recording management, and follow-up
  • Running the Circle community day to day, responding to posts and questions quickly, keeping engagement high, and making it feel like a place students actually want to spend time
  • Executing our intervention playbook when a student stalls, including outreach, check-in calls, and coordination with Adam & other coaches where needed
  • Coordinating with the coaches and the brand and design team to make sure every student is getting the right support at the right stage of their launch
  • Capturing student wins, screenshots, milestone moments, and case study material as launches happen
  • Helping build out the systems, templates, and automations that will let us deliver this level of support to ten times the number of students

What we are looking for

  • Three or more years of experience in a customer success, account management, coaching, or community management role
  • Experience working inside a high-ticket coaching, course, mastermind, or consulting business, ideally one with deliverables and milestones rather than purely on-demand content
  • Comfort working across the tools we use day to day, including GoHighLevel, Circle, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly in a community setting
  • Availability during US business hours, Monday through Friday
  • A calm, organized, and direct working style, with the ability to push students to take action without being harsh about it

Things that would give you an edge

  • Personal experience building or running an ecommerce brand on Amazon, TikTok Shop, or Shopify
  • A working understanding of one or more of those platforms at an operator level
  • Previous experience running a paid community and a sense for what keeps one healthy
  • Experience hiring, managing, or working closely with virtual assistants

The person who steps into this role and executes well will grow with the company as we move from our first launches toward our goal of one thousand founders. Terms and structure

  • Part-time trial role to begin, approximately twenty hours per week
  • Expanding to a full-time role as the program scales and student volume grows
  • Fully remote, working US time zones
  • Compensation based on experience, with performance bonuses tied to student outcomes and program milestones
