The agency works with a growing portfolio of U.S.-based consumer brands, offering end-to-end digital commerce solutions from customer acquisition through retention. ✍ Short Description: This role supports a portfolio of DTC eCommerce clients by producing high-quality copy across email and website channels. The Email & Website Copywriter is responsible for developing lifecycle email flows, campaign messaging, and website copy that aligns with each brand's voice, engages target audiences, and drives conversion. The role requires close collaboration with Strategists and Designers to ensure cohesive execution across owned digital channels, while managing multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously. 🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only) 🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+) ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST 😀 Start Date: ASAP 💰 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary in USD Remote-first flexibility. PTO and paid U.S. holidays 💼 Responsibilities: Write email campaigns and lifecycle flows including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, and VIP/Loyalty programs. Develop subject lines, preview text, calls-to-action, and promotional messaging for email campaigns. Write website copy for eCommerce storefronts, including homepages, product detail pages, collection pages, landing pages, and promotional site experiences. Translate brand positioning, product benefits, and customer insights into clear, persuasive copy adapted to different audience segments and customer journey stages. Research products, target audiences, competitors, and category trends to produce contextually relevant copy. Collaborate with Designers, Strategists, and account team members to ensure cohesive campaign and website execution across digital touchpoints. Revise and refine copy based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders while managing multiple client projects and deadlines. 💡 Qualifications: 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, with demonstrated work in both email marketing and website/landing page copy for DTC eCommerce brands. Strong portfolio showcasing email marketing flows and eCommerce website copywriting. Excellent written and spoken English with a strong command of U.S. consumer language, cultural nuance, and digital shopping behavior. Proven ability to adapt copy across multiple brand voices, customer audiences, and product categories. Understanding of email marketing best practices, customer lifecycle marketing, and eCommerce conversion-focused copy. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, or other eCommerce and email marketing tools.
