Entry Level - Financial Analyst
Smart Capital Center operates at the intersection of AI, finance, and real estate, building a platform that automates underwriting, financial analysis, and asset management for institutional investors. Our clients include leading firms such as JLL, Pacific Life, and KeyBank. We’re looking for a Junior Financial Analyst who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with AI tools daily to support financial workflows, data analysis, and client operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup where you’ll gain real exposure to real estate finance, financial modeling, and AI-driven systems. What You’ll Do
- Analyze and reconcile real estate financial data using our platform
- Support clients in managing and understanding their investment data and reports
- Use AI tools and automation to improve financial workflows and efficiency
- Work with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets to identify issues and insights
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve platform accuracy and usability
- Gain exposure to underwriting, asset management, and financial analysis
What We’re Looking For
- Background in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and working with data
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) or strong interest in using AI for analysis and productivity
- Comfortable learning new systems and working in a tech-driven environment
- Strong work ethic (work hard, play hard) and high ownership mindset
- Growth-focused and able to move fast in a startup environment
