Overview

Seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst with strong experience across both Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB). This role will focus on system optimization, ticket-based support, and ongoing revenue cycle improvements across a rural healthcare environment. Top Skills (Must-Have) Epic Charge Router Certifications AND Professional Billing OR Hospital Billing Experience supporting both hospital & professional billing workflows Rural or community health systems (preferred) Strong experience with:Work queues Ticket-based support / optimization environments Charge Router Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities

Support HB & PB build, maintenance, and optimization efforts Provide daily support for:Work queues, claim edits, and billing workflows Charge capture and routing processes Troubleshoot and resolve system tickets and workflow issues Assist with:System enhancements and upgrades Testing and validation of changes Project Scope / Impact Support ongoing Epic optimization roadmap Improve efficiency across revenue cycle workflows Provide critical support during system enhancements Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
