And we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Act as the CEO's right hand and manager of business operations Manage GoHighLevel workflows and high-level documentation Manage CEO’s calendar, email, and travel itineraries Qualifications:
- High-level operational management experience (required)
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) (required)
- Strong “gatekeeper” presence
- Ability to manage calendars, emails, and travel itineraries
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Ability to draft emails in the CEO's specific style
- Experience with itinerary management
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Location: This is a remote job Salary Package (with HMO):
