As an Admin and Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for providing general clerical administrative support to various departments, including:

  • Providing administrative support: Assist various departments with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Operating office equipment: Familiarize yourself with standard office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, and personal computers.
  • Answering telephones and taking messages: Respond to incoming calls, direct calls to the relevant department, and take messages as needed.
  • Maintaining filing, inventory, and mailing systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, inventory, and mailing systems.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence: Process and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
