We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airbnb Customer Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Guesty/Operto team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest issues, and driving business growth.   • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Airbnb Customer Services Representative – Guesty/Operto Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Leveraging AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to provide comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values
  • Screening potential guests, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to guest inquiries, communicating and escalating issues to management via Slack
  • Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
  • Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
  • Reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
  • Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor
  • Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
  • *Essential Qualifications**

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry

  • Strong knowledge of Guesty and/or Operto, with experience in leveraging AI tools for comprehensive guest messaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly on the phone and via VoIP
  • Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and spelling
  • Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

  • Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
  • Experience in writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
  • Ability to work in a part-time, temp position with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025
