Key Responsibilities

As a Back Office Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting data into our database systems, ensuring high attention to detail and consistency.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper-based filing systems.
  • Monitoring data for discrepancies, reporting any errors and initiating corrective actions.
  • Performing routine data entry tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and care.
  • Assisting in generating reports and providing insights as required by management.
  • Providing administrative support to various teams, ensuring data accuracy and smooth back-office operations.
  • Managing and updating customer databases, ensuring all information is current.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines.
  • Responding to queries and supporting internal and external stakeholders as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on tasks for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and database management systems.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Basic understanding of data protection and confidentiality guidelines.

Experience

While previous experience in data entry, back-office support, or administrative positions is preferred, it's not mandatory. However, experience working with data management software and CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with handling large amounts of data or working in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with flexible options for remote work). We're committed to providing a healthy work-life balance, and we're open to discussing flexible arrangements that suit your needs.
