Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for
- Responding promptly to gig workers' inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information through our chat support system.
- Addressing and resolving gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient chat support experience for gig workers.

- Assisting gig workers in navigating the careerzynith platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.
- Actively promoting the benefits and features of careerzynith to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation.
- Documenting and escalating complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Respond to 95% of gig workers' inquiries within 2 hours.
- Resolve 90% of gig workers' concerns and issues within 24 hours.
- Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve a first-call resolution rate of 80% or higher.
Requirements
To succeed as a Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll need
- Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple chat conversations efficiently.
