Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Administrator at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our members. Your main function will be to:

  • Process submissions sent electronically by our members with accuracy and efficiency
  • Compare data with source documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with specified requirements
  • Provide timely and effective responses to member inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member information
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Job Functions

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

  • Consistently meet established daily quotas and productivity standards
  • Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
  • Accurately document and record member information
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Proficiency in PC operations and navigation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Experience

Compensation
