- Providing exceptional client support through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Developing key selling skills, including building affinity, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry, adhering to established processes and procedures
- Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and driving sales growth
