Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes with precision
  • Upsell products or services when opportunities arise
  • Schedule callbacks and appointments to resolve customer needs effectively

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers via phone and digital platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Active listening, with the ability to relay information and address customer concerns
