As a Customer Service Representative – Amazon Locker+ Returns Associate, you'll be working in designated retail locations, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders. • *Physical Demands and Work Environment**

As a Customer Service Representative – Amazon Locker+ Returns Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments, with minimal noise levels, similar to a grocery store. You'll be behind a counter, working with customers, and may be working in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse.
