Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Handle outbound calls to tax agencies, obtaining or verifying information as needed
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry into various systems
  • Assist in preparing and managing Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven experience in data entry and customer service

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Comfortable making phone calls to tax agencies or other organizations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a clerical, administrative, or accounting support role

  • Familiarity with tax forms or tax-related processes is a plus but not required
