Job Summary

Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality customer service that drives satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Record and Organize Customer Interactions: Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, enhancing customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
  • Schedule Call Backs and Appointments: Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring that customers receive the support they require.

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

Previous Experience in Customer Support: Possess previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
