Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Answering Client Inquiries:

Respond to client calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner.

Providing Product Information:

Offer accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to clients.

Troubleshooting and Resolution:

Use your problem-solving skills to quickly resolve client issues and concerns.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account changes.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to clients.

Scheduling Call Backs and Appointments:

Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve client needs and concerns.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Previous Experience:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms.

Basic Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including CRM systems and other productivity tools.

Multitasking and Time Management:

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

Active Listening:

Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen to clients and respond to their needs and concerns.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

Customer Service Certification:

Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation.

Sales Experience:

Experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Language Skills:

Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
