What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer queries and concerns related to flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications. You'll also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries about baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle high volumes of customer calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy

  • Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service processes
  • Provide emergency response communications if necessary
  • Address customer queries concerning baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs

Requirements:

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Team Structure and Collaboration:

* Report to the Remote Customer Service Team Leader

  • Engage in daily briefings and debriefings over virtual platforms
  • Use company-provided technology tools to maintain communication and manage tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service processes
