Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our subscribers through phone, email, and live chat. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions about our subscription plans, and help resolve billing and account management problems. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service levels, you'll work independently in a remote setting to deliver top-tier support to our subscribers.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
