Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging, consulting, and educating customers on careerzynith plans, tools, and resources to guide them towards better health outcomes
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Documenting interactions with customers, providers, and plan sponsors
• Building trusting relationships with customers to support their health and well-being

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store
• Ability to work in a production environment and meet performance standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a second or third shift schedule
