Experienced Customer Service Representative – Sales Support and Account Management

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently assist customers and promote sales
  • Supporting the sales team as a go-to administrative resource, including:

+ Managing general sales mailbox + Providing responses to website inquiries + Maintaining a professional customer service attitude + Entering leads for the sales team + Providing quotes through CRM for prospective customers (phone calls, email, or website) + Following up on purchase orders

  • Processing returns and orders by following documented processes
  • Communicating regularly with each sales team member and the training department to assist with pending projects, customer issues, and projects
  • Pursuing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
  • Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest for upsells

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, military veteran, or relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with NetSuite
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales or sales support role in related industries (product sales to Government, military, first responders, and/or CBRN industry)
  • Excellent communication, business writing, time management, and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $47,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year, depending on experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule. You'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
