What You'll Do
As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and professional phone support (with some video support – less than 15%) to help customers with their tax filing process. Your tasks will include:
- Troubleshooting sign-in issues, e-file rejections, refund status questions, and other common concerns.
- Sharing links to relevant careerzynith support articles to guide customers to quick solutions.
- Keeping your PC optimized for smooth operations and taking ownership of scheduling mentoring sessions for performance improvement.
- Maintaining a positive, professional tone – even during high-demand periods.

* Pay-per-Talk-Time: $0.34–$0.40/minute (average $17–$19/hour).
