This is an exciting work-from-home opportunity where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Assisting customers with booking and changing flight reservations
  • Providing information on flight schedules, cancellations, and delays
  • Processing payments, refunds, and other transactions
  • Maintaining customer records and updating their account information
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
