Your Impact: What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Specialist - Chat, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing an end-to-end approach for issue resolution, ensuring that employees receive timely and effective support
  • Resolving inquiries by applying solution-oriented thinking and critical decision-making skills
  • Abiding by and performing to the best of your abilities all functions, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the Employer in due course
  • Complying with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Employer through its authorized representatives
  • Maintaining confidentiality and not disclosing any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Employer to any unauthorized person
  • Performing any other administrative or non-administrative duties assigned by any representative of the Employer from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment

What We're Looking For: Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A college graduate degree or an undergraduate degree with at least 2 years of working experience in any customer service-related industry
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
  • Knowledge about MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
