Job Description

As a Live Chat and Email Agent with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting and servicing covered products
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs promptly and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
