We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by performing a wide range of administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to, data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including responding to emails, phone calls, and messages
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of database management systems
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
