Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Opportunity at careerzynith

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at careerzynith. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing document review and data entry support to our clients. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will make a significant difference in the organization you support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning

• Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing
• Process documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
• Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information
• Provide great customer service and work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals

Work Schedule:

* Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM or 2PM-10PM EST (with occasional weekends and overtime)

• Flexible work arrangements to accommodate your needs and preferences

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent level of education

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in data entry, document processing, or a related field

• Familiarity with careerzynith's systems and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
