Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist with careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. This is a remote opportunity, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States (excluding certain states or localities). We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who is willing to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to, customer information, travel itineraries, and financial data
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors, escalating issues to management as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data entry and processing
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

  • Familiarity with airline operations or customer service industry

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL or Tableau
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
