Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for performing daily data management tasks and independently handling small to medium-scale projects, providing high-quality contributions to data analysis. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of providing insightful, data-driven support using quantitative data.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Item Success, Record Management, and Providers team to ensure successful delivery of data analysis projects, meeting ISO and global data management standards.
- Lead execution on daily requests for data analysis and control of primary and secondary data to support Provider and internal requests.
- Assess requests for data services and understand the requirements of data analysis projects.
- Prepare, plan, focus on, and communicate effectively to ensure expectations are met and delivered on time.
- Check data indexes for intelligent consistency, reformatting, and updating data indexes for downstream analysis.
- Manipulate data to the right format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and handling as necessary).
- Be a proactive team member who provides counsel or suggestions for improvements and automation, where necessary, to enhance overall efficiency and delivery.
- Perform other impromptu tasks and assignments as directed.
- Create and share best practices with colleagues, across departments, to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our product offerings and processes.
