Key Responsibilities

Execute data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Assist in the manual setup of organizations and user credentials: You'll work closely with our team to set up organizations and user credentials during the migration to our new platform, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  • Support end-users by establishing organization and user profiles: You'll engage directly with end-users to establish organization and user profiles, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless transitions: You'll work closely with our team to facilitate seamless transitions for clients to our new application system, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work flexible shifts as per project requirements: You'll have the flexibility to work various shifts, including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST), depending on project requirements.

Required Skills

Typing Proficiency: You'll need to possess fast and accurate typing abilities, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.

  • Language Skills: A strong command of English is essential, and bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service skills are essential, with the ability to engage directly with end-users and provide support.
  • Experience: Previous helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications
