Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and skills:

Minimum 2 years of customer support experience:

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent with careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat:

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, so it's essential that you respond promptly and provide accurate information.

  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints in a professional manner: You'll need to be able to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Document customer interactions in the CRM system:

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, which will help us to improve our services and provide better support.

Follow established procedures while offering empathetic, solution-focused service:

You'll need to be able to balance our procedures with the need to provide personalized, empathetic support to our customers.
