Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving their queries, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for escalating complex issues to senior support teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
