We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our Client Success team, you'll be responsible for delivering a remarkable customer experience, creating and maintaining strong client relationships, and scaling our support operations to meet the needs of our growing client base. You'll work closely with our Business, Product, and Design teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a remarkable customer experience through timely and effective support
- Create and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business objectives and needs
- Execute and run client training and enablement sessions to empower scale
- Develop and execute client success plans that outline goals, potential challenges, KPIs, and timelines
- Systematize best practices, guides, and FAQs based on client interactions
- Gather and hand-off client feedback to internal stakeholders, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate closely with our Outreach team to ensure seamless handoff between pre- and post-sales
