Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Amazon Specialist to join our part-time remote team. As a Data Entry Amazon Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders and inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and friendly responses via online chat, helping customers track their orders, resolve payment issues, and answer product-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize pre-established guidelines and resources to efficiently navigate through various systems and gather relevant information to provide accurate solutions
  • Suggest suitable products, process returns or exchanges, and offer assistance with account-related matters
  • Collaborate with the careerzynith team to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and careerzynith policies to ensure accurate and informed responses
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Essential Qualifications:

* Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
